摘要
E-commerce provides a competition platform and a lot of market opportunities for the small and medium scale enterprises (SMEs). E-commerce improves their efficiency of decision-making, production, operation and management, which in turn enhances economic efficiency. With the rapid development of economic globalization, information technologies and information industry, e-commerce will become the focus of future information communication and be concerned by all countries and industrial sectors. Although China's e-commerce is still in its initial stage and there are many problems about systems, technologies, managements, it has already taken a promising step.
