Parallel programming methods in Caper language and its application in image processing

摘要
Caper [2,3,4] has been developed with the provisions of multilanguage conception [2,6]. This conception requires an integrated support of operating system, programs, interaction of multi-proecssors and multi-computer system environments by the programming language. The concept inherently includes multi-language definitions as the core for integration of universal and specialized programming languages, which are in turn based on common principals and supported by virtual machines (VM). In [6] it was established that uniform representation of an operating system, a programming language, computer architecture elements and its periphery is a foundation for adaptability and self-organization of computation processes. The multi-language conception is realized only partly by the given version of Caper. Presently, Caper is based on the formation of the following virtual machines: VM supporting sequential execution and particular adaptation to a given operating system, the parallel VM providing representation and initiation of MISD, SIMD, MIMD [1] computations, and the events VM, which supports programming reaction to events in Caper Virtual Machines (CVM). One of the aspects of parallel programming and technique of dynamic composition of program modules in Caper will be considered.
