摘要：
The results of conduction electron spin resonance of 2D electrons in Si/SiGe show that many-body electron-electron interactions strongly reduce the spin relaxation. They cause also a peculiar anisotropy of local dipole fields. We interprete these findings in terms of spin dependent e-e correlation that can lead to a spatial separation of the 2D electron layer into two sheets of magnetically polarized electrons.
