摘要：

The article is an attempt to analyse the origins and causes of the Communist Yugoslavia State's crisis and disintegration by considering internal and international factors. A central protagonist of the events was Slobodan Milos'evic, a cunning and ruthless political leader: he was one ofthe first nationalist andpost-communist leaders to build a political regime as an effective synthesis ofpluralism, capitalism and authoritarianism, a political modelfor many Eastern European politicians.
