Application of the Kalman filtering with BP algorithm in GPS/DRS integrated navigation system

摘要
A neural net (NN) trained by BP algorithm with Kalman filtering is applied in a low-cost GPS/DRS integrated navigation system. This algorithm owns not only self-study ability and good real-time performance of NN, but also Kalman filter's optimization assessment. It can also overcome many flaws of NN, such as slow convergence, sensitivity about the study parameters, etc. The simulation results prove that the algorithm is prior in. precise and stability compared with usual Kalman filter.
