On financial policy for SMB in Japan - Example from smaller business finance corporation

摘要：
With participation of WTO in China and announcement of "A People's Republic of China medium and small-sized business promotion method" law, As a main person of creation and "a saucer" of main work force operation of the national economy total sum, The policy law for a medium and small-sized business and a process of real operation become a more and more important research theme. This report discusses the constitution and the character the finance system in Japan and I adopt it and give an example of the Smaller Business Finance Corporation and analyze it. In addition, I point out a problem in the Chinese finance system and intend to examine the solution.
