摘要
In this study, spinnablity of hyaluronic acid/gelatin (HA-GE) blends in a novel solvent system which was consisted of 2,2,2-Trifluoroethanol (TFE) and water has been investigated. The HA-GE composite nanofibrous membranes with varied HA/GE weight ratios in the range of 10/90-60/40 have been electrospun successfully when the volume ratio of TFE to water was 1:1. And when the weight ratio of GE/HA reached to 70/30, smooth fibers could be fabricated successfully. The crystallinities of GE, HA fibers and HA-GE were 29.21%, 12.38%, 27.15% respectively, which were investigated by an X-ray diffraction instrument.
