摘要
The cotton fabrics were modified by the wool nano-particles and other compounds of multireactive groups. Through the process of pre-treatment like dipping, padding, drying and curing, the surface behaviour of treated cotton fabric is modified. The effectual groups of the modified cellulose molecules are cross-linked with reactive groups of wool nano-particles and other compounds. The properties of the cotton fabric after treatment are improved. The physical properties, such as wrinkle resistance, tearing force and handling property were improved. In addition, the air permeability of the modified cotton fabric almost had no decrease. It is important to note that there were no toxic deleterious chemicals involved in the experiment of cotton modification, and all the compounds used throughout the process were natural and environment friendly.
