摘要：
This paper presents the implementation of virtual topologies on top of PVM1 for developing parallel portable image processing on coarse grained machines. It's allows the user to define a high level logical numbering to make easy the management and the interaction between tasks. A template convolution primitive has been implemented on 2D Mesh topology.
