摘要
The artificial intelligence-based system is a device similar to a Tablet. It is made up of various technologies and links software and hardware to achieve synchronized tasks such as the collection of license plates. Today OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology is reliable, and it can also be inserted in the work flow of the networks. With regards to the physical aspect of the project, this technology will be built into a compact device that can be used in any type of environment, as evidenced by thousands of similar projects based on Raspberry pi technology. The project arises from the need for internal organization in the parking lots due to inconveniences generated be-cause of the lack of information on the owners by the personnel in charge of the parking lots, given that there are specific times of greater vehicular influx causing inconveniences among users. This is due to incompliance with correct parking regulations by some people, thus obstructing other vehicles. The implementation of this project will make it possible to collect information about the vehicles and their owners, thus providing a full record of the facility's activity and enabling the personnel to call the attention on incompliant owners without interruption to the facility's regular activities.
