摘要：
The transaction cost theory shows that enterprises will choose business outsourcing and outsource the business that can be separated technologically when the market is in a high-efficient state. In IT outsourcing, asset specificity, transaction frequency, transaction uncertainty, the complex degree of contracts and other factors will influence the choices of outsourcing partners, and the asset specificity is the most important one.
