摘要：

With the development of the society, China's non-profit organization is also developing and the influence of it becomes more. Non-profit organization's effective development in a long term has closer relationship with strategic management. But the strategic management of China's non-profit organization still has many problems. Combining with the characters of China's non-profit organization, this paper analyses the problems of strategic management from three aspects, which are strategy formulation, strategy implementation and strategy evaluation of the organization, and find out the reasons and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
