摘要
In this paper, a terahertz dynamic modulator based on Spoof Surface Plasmon Polaritons (SSPPs) is proposed. The dispersion of the grooves can be adjusted by changing the phase state of the embedded vanadium dioxide, which induces a variation of the SSPPs cut-off frequency. Then dynamic modulation is achieved through the coupling between the 2D grooves with different cut-off frequencies. Theoretical results show that isolation of up to 21.27 dB can be achieved in the 65 GHz band with a center frequency of 0.34 THz.
