Investigation on the separation of VC and PE in concept and policy based on innovative perspective - Research and analysis of SHVC and Start-ups

摘要
This article sums up the connotation, the similarities and differences of VC and PE at home and abroad. Compares the differences between VC and PE from the following aspects-investment stage, the way of withdrawal, the rate of return and the support on innovation. Then we take a case study on Shanghai Zhangjiang VC which succeeded in the investment of MicroPort Scientific Corporation. According to the analysis mentioned above, the article put forward the separation of VC and PE in concept and policy based on innovation perspective, in order to support and promote the realization of China's innovation strategy.
