Determination of paracetamol by flow injection chemiluminescence analysis

摘要
Paracetamol can greatly inhibit the emission intensity of the chemiluminescence reaction of K3Fe(CN)(6) and luminol in basic medium. Based on this phenomenon, a new method for the determination of paracetamol is developed coupling flow injection technique and the mechanism of the reaction is also discussed. The linear range is 4.0 x 10(-8) similar to 1.0 x 10(-6) g/mL with a detection limit of 2.4 x 10(-9) g/mL and the relative standard deviation is 2.3% (C = 8.0 x 10(-7) g/mL, n = 11). The method has been applied to the determination of paracetamol in tablets, and the results agree well with standard method.
