摘要：

The French painter Maurice Utrillo (1883-1955) was hospitalized several times in lunatic asylums between 1904 and 1921. He suffured from severe alcoholism and perhaps schizophrenia. In 1921, he was charged with indecent exposure. He was then appraised by the famous psychiatrist Gaetan Gatian de Clerambault (1872-1934) who recognized him as being irresponsible of his act and requested a rehospitalization. The authors publish the original text of his expert's report, of which they criticize the form (repeated mistakes of grammar and syntax) and substance (incomplete and superficial mental examination).
