Taking advantage of the dynamic phase modulation arisen from the interaction of dc electrical and optical field, we create super-quadratic field dependent second harmonic generation (SHG) with ultra-high ON/OFF ratio of 15000 on a dielectric metasurface. (c) 2019 The Author(s)
