摘要
In this work the effective permittivity coefficient and refractive index for a composite construct with two set of sub-wavelengths spheres have been calculated. Application of these calculates are optical signals with nano antennas, nano electronic device (Resistance, Inductance and Capacitor) and even nano scale negative-index optical structures.
