摘要
The purpose of this study was to develop a web-based platform for conducting on-line nominal group technique. A nominal group technique is a structured process which identifies and ranks the major problems or issues that need addressing. According to literature review the major task of this platform should be: 1). identifying the major strengths of a department/unit/institution, 2). providing each participant with an equal voice. A user evaluation process was conducted to verify all the functions. Web-stress test was then applied to refine data processing and final version's system responses information was collected and analyzed for verification purpose. Summary statistical information is included.
