摘要：

This paper carries out an analysis of the consumer's behaviour on banking products and services in Romania. We consider that it is very important for the bank to understand the consumer's behaviour and the way in which a certain bank is chosen by the customer. In the financial-banking services the customer not only chooses the product, but also the bank In this paper we have tried to analyze the factors which influence the consumer's behaviour on banking services and products, factors which can be determined according to the directly observable influences, and to the deducted influences. The statistical data which have been processed gave us the possibility to outline the modifications of the banking consumer's behaviour under the impact of the financial crisis.
