Opial modulus, moduli of noncompact convexity and fixed points for asymptotically regular mappings

摘要：
The weakly convergent sequence coefficient WCS(X), the Opial's modulus rX(·) and two moduli of noncompact convexity ΔX,χ(·) and ΔX,β(·) are used to obtain fixed point results for an asymptotically regular mapping. A comparison of the results with previous fixed point theorems is made. Further, examples are given showing that the results can be applied in a wider setting.
