摘要：
Industrial cluster is significant to strengthen vitality and competition superiority of enterprises. The private high-tech enterprise are becoming more and more important in the economy of China. But there are some problems to be solved in the development of the enterprises, and one of them is the current situation of industrial cluster. It is necessary to introduce industrial cluster theory into the development of private high-tech enterprises of China, which will be valuable to the guidance of the enterprises development. In this paper, the author tries to apply industrial cluster theory to the analysis on the development of private high-tech enterprises of China.
