摘要
This paper evaluates the possibility of using soft systems methodology (SSM) [1] as a research tool in order to find out limitations, performance and best possible processes of leading in an organisation. The studied organisation is acting in a critical situation caused by lack of proper information and time for decision-making. Outlines about methodology, case situation and system description are presented.
