摘要
Each working day, both in the morning and in the evening, Moscow is on the verge of traffic and ecological collapse. As show previous researches, it happens because free flow capacity of the megalopolis road network is exceeded by 25%. That critical part consists of nonresident, or regional, vehicles. In the research fulfilled a model of distribution of nonresident vehicles in Moscow among regions of the Russian Federation has been checked, factors influencing on inflow of vehicle fleet from given region to Moscow are suggested, and results of experimental verification of the model are shown.
