摘要：
The life cycle of scientific and technological SMEs can be divided into five stages, they are the seed, startup, growth, mature and decline stage. In different stages of life cycle, cash requirement and the risk faced by the enterprise are also different. It is practically significant to research the characteristics and countermeasures of each stage of the enterprises.
