摘要：

First of all, the study situation analysis of our university library subject librarian system has been made, problems of university implementing subject librarian system, such as personnel quality, library philosophy, management model, etc. have been pointed out, and specific strategies against those problems, such as strengthening the cultivation of high-quality subject librarian, determining the subject librarian duties, and establishing and improving a scientific and efficient management model have been proposed as well.
