摘要
The renewable energy is clean, sustainable use of non fossil energy sources, the development of renewable energy is an important means of optimizing energy structure, ensure energy security, promoting economic development. Although Kazakhstan is rich in oil and natural gas resources, some areas are facing power shortage dilemma. This is because the country has a vast territory but extremely uneven distribution of the mineral. In fact, Kazakhstan has a huge potential for the development of new energy, according to the energy equivalent to the total reserves of more than even Kazakhstan all mineral energy, but to promote the development of renewable energy needs a huge amount of funds support. On this basis, this paper presents the development as the infrastructure investment objectives of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank to give financial support for renewable energy in Kazakhstan, on the one hand, this can promote the sustainable development of Kazakhstan economy; on the other hand also pushed China and Kazakhstan cooperation in the field of renewable energy to achieve "Win-win".
