摘要：

The paper studies an algorithm for removing the cloud cover for images acquired using the NOAA-satellite AVHRR sensor, taking into account the specific characteristics of data. for the Baltic Sea region. The method involves processing images in the near- and far-IR bands and analysis of the spatial inhomogeneity of the brightness-temperature field recorded by the fourth channel of the AVHRR.
