摘要：

In this paper we made a comparison of different approaches to industrial organization as a system. We made a parallel between the approaches, from rationalistic perspective, naturalistic perspective and the perspective of open systems. These comparisons have revealed similarities and differences of the organization; the organization is seen from several points of view.
