摘要
In the age of post-industrial development and economic globalization, the dynamic capabilities of industrial enterprises to develop and introduce new products and technologies are becoming one of the basic conditions ensuring its competitiveness. It should be noted that it means primarily the formation and development of the capability to reproduction on an innovative basis on the part of industrial enterprises. The need for a rapid albeit flexible response to the challenges of the external environment defines new requirements for the management of the innovation process within the enterprise given the assessment of its dynamic capabilities to develop and implement new products and technologies. The economic substance of the innovative potential of an industrial enterprise is characterized by the internal capability of its structural subdivisions to transform resources into an innovative product and technologies in the course of its activities. Otherwise speaking, the innovative potential of an industrial enterprise lies in its capability to efficiently use the combination of its resources allowing for implementing innovations through clear structural interrelations within the enterprise consistent with corporate culture implementation principles. The basic principle behind the allocation of innovative potential resource elements, namely the ones related to personnel, equipment and material, information, organization and finances comes down to their role in the innovation process. Each of the components of the innovative potential has an independent content of its own. They are not equivalent and independent. The business component of the innovative potential of an industrial enterprise is manifested in the degree of efficiency of the innovative mechanism and the development level of the innovation infrastructure which allows for transforming resource potential into innovation potential. This paper presents a structural model of innovative potential for an industrial enterprise which most fully reflects its essence and content and characterizes the factors and conditions behind the formation and development of the dynamic capabilities within an industrial enterprise to the reproduction of new products and technologies. The specific feature of this structure is that it allows for the significance of the impact coming from the innovative permeability of the external environment.
