摘要：

The meta-analysis published in 2005 by the EBCTCG showed that the cumulative 15-year mortality rate can be decreased by up to 57% with consistent adjuvant systemic therapy. This analysis only covered the use of medications that have been available up to then - anthracycline-containing triple combination and tamoxifen. By employing taxanes, the antibody trastuzumab, aromatase inhibitors, and bisphosphonates, a further and substantial decrease in mortality can be expected.
