摘要：
The article forms and develops theoretical, methodological, and practical principles of R-theory of motivation, which addresses the division of top managers by their proneness to risk, also considering the provision of these managers by the respective duties and tasks with the acceptable (stimulating) level of risk, allowing maximal usage of the administrative potential of an enterprise.
