CIRCUIT SIMULATION AND DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF A TRANSPLANTING MECHANISM WITH PLANETARY ELLIPTICAL GEARS

摘要
Conventional methods of dynamic analysis of transplanting mechanisms have found that, using rigid dynamics, there is a significant difference in the results obtained by testing and by theory in the impact positions of seedling separating and seedling pushing. In such analyses, the impact load force mechanism deformation and rigid dynamics need to be transformed to elastic dynamics. This research adopted circuit simulation for an elastic dynamic analysis of the gears, chains, and planetary axle of a transplanting mechanism. Furthermore, a sequential solution using dynamic equations aimed at the reverse-drive phenomenon that occurs in the working period of the planetary gear and chain transmission was also used. This articles combines the circuit simulation with the sequential solution of dynamic equations to undertake a dynamic analysis of the transplanting mechanism of a high-speed rice transplanting machine, establishing a dynamic model and undertaking additional analysis to establish the relationship between the force and angle of the planetary shelf in the seedling process. In addition, a test bed for the transplanting mechanism was developed. Using this test bed, the force needed to separate seedlings was measured, and the relationships between the angular displacement of the gearbox and the forces applied to the chain and the base of the transplanting mechanism were obtained. By comparing the results of the test with the theory, it was established that the dynamic models were valid and reliable. The findings of this study provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the dynamic parameters and analyze the strengths of the mechanism.
