摘要：
Based on the analyses of existing literature on recreation farms, the authors of this paper briefly discuss the significance and conditions for recreation farms development in Henan province. Several suggestions to facilitate the farm development are also proposed at the end of the paper from the perspective of institutionalized management, strategic conception, characteristic development, and systematic brand management.
