摘要：

Five development concepts, including innovation, coordination, green, open, sharing, are proposed on the party's the fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Conference. Central finance and economics leading group proposed to focus on strengthening the supply side structural reforms, to improve the quality and efficiency of the supply system, and to promote the level of social productivity in China to achieve the overall leap. In under the guidance of the five concepts, the supply side reforms of education need to adhere to innovation and development, harmonious development, green development, open development, share development.. path with education total factor and whole development path to promote state of the overall layout of the five in one comprehensive building.
