STREETS OF BUSAN AND ELSEWHERE. PART 2: STREETS AND PLACES

This paper is part of our ongoing research and pioneering rhythmanalysis of the port city of Busan in South Korea. It comprises reflections about methodological aspects of rhythmanalysis and its application to practical fieldwork. Taking rhythmanalysis as an experimental and embodied mode/ practice for capturing the flows and patterns of everyday urban experience, we present some of our findings and photographs as a series of fragmentary insights and moments collated under the twin rubrics of ``streets'' and "locales.'' Our kaleidoscopic exploration of quotidian sites and spaces in the city takes in a plethora of diverse and disparate settings.
