摘要：

The solution of the dissolved Zr-Nb alloy was adsorbed in filter paper, and it was made into a thin paper specimen. The content of Nb in Zr-Nb alloy was determined by WDXRF. The method is simple and rapid. When Nb content in sample is 1.0%-8.0%, the relative standard derivation (n=6) is less than 0.8%.
