摘要
Motor game is one of the frequent practices used in the teaching of physical education, although its use as a didactic resource is repeated at different educational levels, there are few innovations, the same games are generally used and not all contain sufficient elements to be significantly educational and promoters in the development of competencies. In this sense, from a qualitative approach and action research as a method, the objectives were the detection, design and documentation of innovative games, describe their didactic components, propose guidelines that allow their selection and/or construction, in addition to describing the amnpetenms of physical education that can be developed. The results of the research show that the game provides an ideal setting for the formation of skills. Even so, not all games meet the conditions for this. Likewise, as important contributions, the didactic components that characterize educational motor games were defined, induding the documentation of 26 innovative games and the proposal of seven physical education competencies.
