The Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Combine has successfully introduced the production of complex-alloyed steels containing Cr, Mo, Ni, W, and V by making a semifinished product in a powerful 100-ton electric-arc furnace. The new steels meet stringent requirements on phosphorus content.
