摘要：

Cluster-based business development is highly important to enhancing the competitiveness of a country/region. The practice of Zhejiang is a case in point. The present paper studies "cluster competitiveness and enhancement mechanism" from three perspectives: a) the cluster-competitiveness-enhancement-realization process that capitalizes on theory of knowledge innovation in relation to regional innovation system, b) the pathway and dynamic mechanism of cluster competitiveness development in Zhejiang, and c) cluster learning as the effective way to improve cluster competency under the "extrusion" within the in-and-between cluster organizations.
