摘要：

This paper is about handling time-based data in large environments with attention on all problems that could appear with such data. Especially in heterogeneous environment with many equipment of fabs will be some problems. Solutions for such problems and further ideas of help handling time-based data user friendly are integrated in the process-analyzing tool ADM. The goal is thereby to make data usage for analysis and further work as easy as possible. (C) 2017 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.
