This paper introduces a concept of automation building implemented to grouped classrooms, while conventional systems for classroom were monitored and controlled by operators. The unique point of the proposed method is that the system has additional functions; that is, it works not only to control a huge number of electrical equipment, but it can also calculate and predict the optimal usage of equipment. The system consists of a number of grouped equipments controlled using area-controllers, which are interconnected using Wi-Fi modules to a central-controller. The central-controller has abilities to monitor, control, and predict the usage of electrical power of devices, while the area-controllers take action to switch ON/OFF according the data sent by the central controller. Thus, the implementation of this system could deal with energy efficiency. Finally, the functionality of the proposed system was checked, and the result showed that the system worked as the necessity.
