The ground states of polyexcitons in GaAs/AlAs type-II superlattices were investigated by means of the diffusion Monte Carlo method. It was found that the excitons make bound states in which they form a line along the growth direction with the binding energy above 3 meV. The possibility of polymers of excitons was discussed.
