摘要：
In this paper, an intelligent model building method is presented to assist decision makers in dealing with model manipulation. Models adaptive to different decision environment can be built effectively through inference mechanism within knowledge unit, which endows model sub-system with evolution capacity and thus strengthen DSS's general problem-solving ability.
