Special Issue: Intelligent Edge, Fog and Internet of Things (IoT)-based Services

Current information services are constructed by new technologies like intelligent Edge, Fog and Internet of Things (IoT)-based computing and networking. The intersection of these research areas with artificial intelligence (AI) is an extremely important topic and an area of very high research interest in the research community. With the formalization of frontiers in this research field such as cyber physical systems and the recent emergence of new frontiers in this field such as Edge Computing, Fog Computing and IoT Networks, new research problems and issues have emerged at the intersection of these areas. To address this emergent need, the accepted papers focus on the interplay among the above computational platforms, networking, security, and intelligent computing methods.
