摘要：
Within a couple of years antibiotic growth promoters will no longer play a role in animal feeding. Consequences for the total amount of antibiotics applied in animal production are hard to estimate. Other groups of feed additives are approved within the EU. They can affect, via different ways, the intestinal microflora. With regard to their effect on growth and feed conversion, effects of these additives cannot be expected to be in the same magnitude as those of antibiotic growth promoters.
