Study on the Intercultural and Language Adaptation of International Students in China - Based on Survey of International Students in Wuhan

摘要
When international students enter a new environment, they often face language barriers and cultural conflicts. The paper intends to study their adaptation from psychological, social, cultural and educational aspects. Quantitative analysis is applied in the research. The results show that the longer the students stay in China, the better of their adaptability; the stronger the internal cause of studying abroad, the better of academic adaptability and social culture adaptability; gender and source also give different levels of influences. In addition, statistical analysis also shows a significant positive correlation between the academic adaptability, psychological adaptability and social culture adaptability.
