Study on Competitiveness Evaluation for Black Energy Industry Cluster in Xinjiang Based on AHP

摘要
Based on theories of industry clusters, this paper established the industrial cluster competitiveness evaluation model for Xinjiang black energy industry with research, the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and expert consultation. Then it measured out the weight of every sub-index with Mat lab software, and ranged factors which affect the competitiveness of industrial clusters. At last, the paper evaluated the competitiveness of black energy industry in Xinjaing, and analyzed and summarized the calculation results. Conclusions indicate that: in the black energy cluster of Xinjiang, petroleum chemical industry is far more competitive than the competitiveness of coal industry cluster.
