摘要
The recently validated Royal Decree-Law 6/2019 of urgent measures for guaranteeing equality of treatment and opportunities for women and men in employment and occupation, amending several rules of the legal system related to the full equality between men and women in employment invites reflection on the legal changes made and their appropriateness. This article aims to reflect succinctly on these legal amendments in order to contribute to the analysis of whether they can effectively further the goal for which the norm is adopted: the attainment of full equality between women and men in employment.
