摘要：
Based on the theoretical study on this article, through the empirical analysis, the paper reveals the endowment effect and Farmers' Land Transaction willingness correlation. The research shows that the endowment effect is an important factor affecting farmers' will of agricultural land circulation. At the same time, the stronger property rights ability to conduct boundary more clear. Farmer's reign disposal more serious circumstances, the endowment effect is also stronger.
